Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound grnd ham
- 1 pound lean pork
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. grnd graham crackers
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 c. brown sugar
- Garlic salt
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Grind the meats together. Add in lowfat milk, crackers and large eggs. Work with hands. Roll in balls. Place in cakepans.
- Mix together and pour over ham balls:
- Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Reheat to serve in crockpot or possibly chafing dish.
