Directions

  1. Brown grnd meat and drain grease. Put liquid removed meat in large skillet and top with sliced onions, then cut celery ribs and on top of which carrots cut into rounds and then cover with sliced potatoes and top which with large can of tomato sauce and 1/3 can of water and A-1 sauce. Cook, covered, for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and simmer for another 10-15 min. Serve from the pan. Don't mix, just layer one ingredient on top of another. Serves 4.
