Grilled Corn on the Cob Recipe

Delicious sweet flavor of the corn mixed with the charr from the grill makes this corn deelish!

Directions

  1. Rub all ears of corn with oil generously. Sprinkle each one with salt and pepper.
  2. When grill is hot and and coals are ready, place corn on the grill and cook each side about 12 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  3. (Note–when starting out the corn is hard. You will be able to tell when it is done by the tenderness of the kernels.)
  4. Optional–Try sprinkling each cob after coming off the grill with some grated Parmesan cheese!
