Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Dressing
  • 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. each fresh ginger, finely minced*
  • 1 Tbsp. each fresh garlic, finely minced*
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne or possibly red pepper flakes
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb/625 g)

Directions

  1. * Or possibly use 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each: grnd ginger and garlic pwdr.
  2. COMBINE dressing, sauces and seasonings. Divide mix into thirds.
  3. MARINATE chicken in 1/3 c. of dressing mix for 30 min or possibly up to 24 hrs in refrigerator. Throw away excess marinade.
  4. GRILL or possibly broil 10 to 15 min or possibly till done, brushing with second portion of sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.
