Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Dressing
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. each fresh ginger, finely minced*
- 1 Tbsp. each fresh garlic, finely minced*
- 1/4 tsp cayenne or possibly red pepper flakes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb/625 g)
Directions
- * Or possibly use 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each: grnd ginger and garlic pwdr.
- COMBINE dressing, sauces and seasonings. Divide mix into thirds.
- MARINATE chicken in 1/3 c. of dressing mix for 30 min or possibly up to 24 hrs in refrigerator. Throw away excess marinade.
- GRILL or possibly broil 10 to 15 min or possibly till done, brushing with second portion of sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.
