Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. melted shortening
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- Nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Add in nuts, lowfat milk and vanilla last. Pour batter into large pie plate. Mix 1/2 c. granulated and 1/2 c. brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle on top of batter. Pour 1 c. cool water on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
