Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 8 ounce Fresh coconut, flaked Or possibly
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) coconut flakes
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained Or possibly
  • 1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine

Directions

  1. Grease 9" x 13" pan lightly. Dump entire can of pineapple and juice in pan and spread proportionately on bottom. Dump and distribute coconut proportionately over pineapple. Dump entire box of cake mix proportionately over all. Spread proportionately with spatula. Cover entire surface with small pcs of butter. DON'Tablespoons MIX. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till the top is lightly browned. Cold and cut into squares.
