Ingredients

  • 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can (16-ounce) tart pitted cherries, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 box (3-ounce) orange-flavored gelatin
  • 4 lrg Bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 x 9-inch pie shells, baked Whipped topping

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple. Combine juice with flour and sugar in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring till smooth.
  3. Add in cherries and pineapple. Cook till mix thickens, approximately 5 min. Stir in gelatin, bananas and pecans.
  4. Pour into baked pie shells and chill till filling is set. Serve with whipped topping.
