Fresh Hot Pepper Paste Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. Minced fresh cilantro
1 c. Minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. Minced seeded fresh red serrano or possibly red jalapeno chilies
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Grnd black pepper
1 tsp Grnd cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients in processor and blend till very finely minced.
(Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Chill in covered container.)
Makes about 1 c..
