Ingredients

  • 1 c. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. Minced seeded fresh red serrano or possibly red jalapeno chilies
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp Grnd cumin

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in processor and blend till very finely minced.
  2. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Chill in covered container.)
  3. Makes about 1 c..
