Directions

  1. Wash meat in hot water; drain well. Chop onions fine. Set aside one cooked egg and one white onion. Mix meat with grated tomato and other ingredients and form into 10 balls. Flatten to 4 inch patties.Put cut onions and a piece of egg on 5 patties, cover with remaining meat patties and cook in non-stick skillet for 3 min each side. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with a cucumber yogurt sauce.
