Great way to use up leftover pork

  • Cooked pork pieces- at least 2 c.(leftover roast or country
  • style spareribs work great)
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
  • 1 c. reg. Kraft barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 med. green pepper, cut in strips

Directions

  1. Heat pork pieces, pineapple, and barbecue sauce together in saucepan.
  2. Blend cornstarch with cool water; stir into meat.
  3. Cook and stir until the sauce is thickened.
  4. Add in green pepper.
  5. Heat through. Serve on rice.
