  1. In blender, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 2 min. In small saucepan, bring juice to a boil. Add in juice to blender and process at low till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and process at high till blended. Pour into pie crust and refrigeratetill hard, about 3 hrs. Garnish with sliced peaches.
  2. CRUST: Mix and press into an 8 or possibly 9" pie pan. Can use already prepared graham cracker crust instead.
