  • 6 x Chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Raw rice
  • 1 pkt Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. Grease 9x13-inch casserole. Combine lowfat milk & soups. Layer rice & soups, saving 1/2 c. soup mix. Put chicken breasts on top & pour remaining soup mix over chicken. Dot with butter & sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Add in salt & pepper. Cover with heavy foil & cook at 275 for 2-1/2 hrs. (Delicious & easy.)
