2 tbsp. lowfat milk
1 (2 ounce.) jar chipped beef
2 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. green pepper, finely minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. whole pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use an ungreased pie plate. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Spread into pie dish, sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 15 min. Serve warm with crackers.
