Ingredients

  • 1 x (3oz) box any flavor sugar-free gelating
  • 8 ounce Light cream cheese
  • 1 pkt D-Zerta topping, whipped as pkg directs
  • 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 22 pkt Sweet n' Low
  • 7 Tbsp. Margaine, from sticks

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1 c hot water. Set aside to cold.
  2. Mix together 6 pkg sweet/low and graham cracker crumbs. Add in melted margarine. Press 2 c of crumb mix firml;y into 9 x 13 pan. Reserve rest for top.
  3. Cream 16 pkg sweet/low with cream cheese. Stir in prepared whipped topping. Pour mix over crust and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Refrigerate3-4 hr.
