Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce or possibly ketchup
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Spread over 1/2 hamburger bun thinly (about 1-2 Tbsp.). Broil under broiler till meat is done. Can be made in advance. Broil when the gang arrives.
