Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 16 ounce. can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 13 ounce. can Pet lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together till well blended. Put pie shell on cookie sheet then pour pumpkin mix in to avoid spilling. Bake at 375 degrees for 70 min or possibly till knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Top with Cold Whip if you like.
