Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 8 ounce. bar lowfat milk chocolate
- 6 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cake or possibly 1.6 ounce. paraffin (for candy making, not candle wax)
Directions
- Blend butter, peanut butter, and sugar together; fold in cereal. Roll in 3/4 inch balls, set aside.
- Heat chocolate bar, chocolate chips, and paraffin in double boiler, keep hot.
- Dip balls in chocolate mix and remove. Put on wax paper, store in tightly covered container in refrigerator or possibly these freeze very well.
