Directions

  1. When spinach is thawed, blend first 6 items into a creamy sauce. Next saute/fry your breaded cutlets till lightly brown on both sides. Arrange cutlets in baking dish and atop each piece place a slice of ham, a dollop of spinach sauce and crown with a slice of Mozzarella.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
