  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 c. fresh fruit or possibly 1 can pie filling

Directions

  1. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan (smaller pan can be used, will make it thicker) in 375 degree oven. Pour in fruit over butter. Combine other ingredients and bake for 30-40 min. Can be served plain, with cream or possibly top with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
