Directions

  1. Beat cream in small, narrow bowl till whipped. Stir in 2 tsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. creme de cacao into whipped cream. Store in refrigerator till needed. Heat lowfat milk, 4 ounces creme de cacao, brandy, and 3 Tbsp. sugar till warm, but not boiling.
  2. Pour warm lowfat milk mix into 4, footed whiskey sour glasses or possibly small goblets. Spoon whipped cream on top. Put a small quantity of cocoa into a small, fine wire strainer; shake strainer above each drink, sprinkling lightly with cocoa. Place glass on a saucer for serving.
  3. Serves 4.
