Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. light cream
- 2 pt oysters with their liquor
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp celery salt Salt and fresh grnd pepper
Directions
- Heat butter in a saucepan and add in cream simmering over low heat. Add in oysters and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat till their edges start to curl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and celery salt and serve.
- Chefs Notes: Use fat-free Half and Half in place of the cream.
