Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 c. boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 c. flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Put into cup cake pans, filling 2/3 full. Mix: 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 ounce chocolate chipsTop each cake with 1 tbsp of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min or possibly till dry on top.
