Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed, with skins off
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- For the topping:
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
