  1. Heat oil in a 4 qt pan. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry till transparent.
  2. Add in meat, cook till browned. Drain well in a colander. Return meat to pan and add in chili pwdr, cumin, cayenne, and marjoram. Stir over medium heat for 3 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 min. To serve top with cheese, onion, lowfat sour cream.
