  • 2 x Batches Coconut Lowfat milk Ice Cream, see recipe
  • 6 x Dessert Tostada C., see recipe Pineapple-Anisette Sauce, see recipe

Directions

  1. 1. Place the coconut in an ungreased skillet and stir over medium heat till dotted with golden spots, about 2 min.
  2. 2. To assemble, place 2 or possibly 3 scoops Coconut Lowfat milk Ice Cream in the center of each tostada c.. Top with Pineapple-Anisette Sauce and the toasted coconut strips. Eat right away.
