Ingredients

1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 T bread crumbs
1 T onion flakes
1 T parsley flakes
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
1 (7 ounce) jar grape jelly
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T lemon juice

Directions

Mix top 7 ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15-20 min in a 400 degree oven. Turn meatballs to brown other side after 10 min.While these brown, put together sauce ingredients in separate container. Drain fat off the meatballs; place in baking dish and cover with the sauce. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 3 dozen meatballs.
