Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine (softened)
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Layer 1:In a mixing bowl, cream marg. and sugar till fluffy. Add in vanilla and Large eggs 1 at a time.
- Combine dry ingredients together. Add in alternately with lowfat sour cream to sugar mix.
- Beat sufficient after each addition to keep smooth. Spoon 1/3 of cake batter into greased tub pan.
- Layer 2:Mix all 3 ingredients together.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top off cake batter and repeat layers with the cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350 for 60 - 70 min.
