- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 Dove Chocolate Peppermint Candies, cut in 4 pieces
- chocolate icing drizzle
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (more if needed for drizzle consistency)

%20%20Thanks%20Auntie%20Jill%20(as%20Grumpy%20calls%20her!).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20first%20box%20I%20received%20was%20from%20Michelle%20of%20delishiono.%20%20She%20sent%20me%20Brown%20Butter%20Holiday%20Spice%20Cookies%20-%20and%20they%20were%20delish!%20%20They%20reminded%20me%20of%20a%20snickerdoodle.%20%20I%20took%20these%20to%20work%20and%20shared%20with%20co-workers%20and%20one%20in%20particular%20said%20he%20could%20smell%20cookies%20and%20I'm%20pretty%20certain%20he%20had%20more%20than%20one.%20%20Of%20course,%20I%20had%20to%20admit%20to%20everyone%20that%20I%20was%20not%20the%20baker%20this%20time!%20%20lol%20%20Great%20job%20Michelle%20and%20thank%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20whomever%20the%203rd%20person%20was%20-%20I'm%20really%20sorry%20to%20have%20missed%20your%20cookies...I'm%20sure%20they%20were%20delicious%20and%20that%20my%20neighbor's%20kids%20were%20thrilled%20to%20have%20them!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20400%20degrees.%20%20In%20a%20large%20bowl,%20mix%201/2%20cup%20powdered%20sugar,%20butter%20and%20vanilla%20until%20creamy.%20%20Stir%20in%20flour%20and%20salt%20until%20dough%20holds%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMold%20portions%20of%20dough%20around%20pieces%20of%20peppermint%20patty%20to%20form%201%20inch%20balls.%20%20On%20ungreased%20cookie%20sheet%20place%20balls%20about%201%20inch%20apart.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%2010-12%20minutes%20or%20until%20set%20but%20not%20brown.%20%20You%20can%20roll%20these%20in%20powdered%20sugar%20while%20still%20warm%20or%20drizzle%20with%20a%20chocolate%20icing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20Icing%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20cup%20powdered%20sugar%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20tablespoon%20coca%20powder%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20tablespoons%20milk%20(more%20if%20needed%20for%20drizzle%20consistency)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20until%20blended.%20%20Place%20in%20sandwich%20bag,%20clip%20corner,%20drizzle%20away%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
