Ingredients
- 2 stk , (1 c.) margarine
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 10 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
Directions
- Yield: Varies with size of cutter
- Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy; add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well. Combine flour, cocoa pwdr and backing pwdr; add in and mix well. Wrap dough in waxed paper and refrigeratefor 2 hrs. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half 1/2-inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters; place on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 min.
