Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. orange juice (or possibly 1/2 c. water and 1/2 c. juice)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 8 inch square pan. In mixer beat oil, sugar, and egg till light yellow. Fold in baking pwdr and vanilla. Add in alternating flour and juice.In food processor, grind 1 cup chocolate bits. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 min or possibly till top is brown and beginning to crack.
