  1. Heat caramels in 1/3 c. lowfat milk. Set aside. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. Combine dry cake mix, butter, 1/3 c. lowfat milk. Stir by hand. Press 1/2 of dough into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 min. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust. Spread caramel mix over chocolate chips. Crumble remaining dough over caramel mix. Bake 15 to 18 min. Cut into squares leaving in pan till caramel sets. May chill to set caramel faster.
