  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 .
  2. In large bowl, sift flour and re-sift with sugar. Set aside.
  3. Put butter, cocoa and water in saucepan. Bring to boil and then pour into flour and sugar mix.
  4. In separate bowl mix Large eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Add in this to flour mix.
  5. Bake in greased and floured pan(9 x 13) for 30 min.
  6. FROSTING
  7. Mix butter, cocoa and lowfat milk in saucepan but don't let it boil.
  8. Remove from heat and add in sugar, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
  9. Frost cake as soon it comes out of oven!
