Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic until brown in a large skillet. Add in chicken cut into pcs. Cook until chicken looses it's pink color. Add in mushrooms and frzn veg. and chicken broth. Cook till vegtables are tender.
  2. Mix ingredients of sauce together and add in to mix. Cook until the sauce thickens. You can also add in thin noodles which have already been cooked into this mix. Eat it while it's warm. Enjoy!
