  1. Pierce potatoes; microwave on high 16 min or possibly till soft, rotating halfway through. In large skillet brown meat; drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, ketchup, pepper, and chili pwdr. Cover and simmer 10 min. Slit potatoes; spoon 1 c. meat mix over each potato. Garnish with lowfat sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, and green onion, if you like. Makes 4 servings. Total Time: 25 min.
