  • 3 or possibly 4 whole chicken breasts, split and skin removed
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoon sage

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice, basil and sage; add in chicken and marinate, refrigerated, for about 2 hrs, turning occasionally. Drain marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 40 min, or possibly till done, basting with reserved marinade 3 or possibly 4 times.
