Ingredients
- 2 can (6 1/2 ounce.) chicken
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) corn tortillas
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream, (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (4 ounce.) green chilies, minced
Directions
- Mix chicken or possibly beef, onion and half of grated cheese. Spread 2-3 heaping Tbsp. of mix on each tortilla and roll. Place in casserole dish.
- For sauce, mix soup, lowfat sour cream and chilies. pour over tortillas. Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
