Ingredients

  • Skinless, boned chicken breasts (as many as per you're serving)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (fills 6 breast pcs)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
  • Dry parsley flakes, sufficient to give color
  • Lean bacon, cut in half
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Wash breast pcs. Mix cream cheese, garlic, and parsley flakes. Put small amount on meat and wrap with half slice bacon and attach with toothpick. Fill all breast pcs and place in shallow cake dish (oblong glass 9 x 13 inch works well). Mix soup and lowfat milk. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chicken is done. Serve warm.
