Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 2 c. chicken, finely minced
- 2 T pimento, liquid removed and chopped
- Sm. onion, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T pimentos
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Put together cream cheese and lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Add in chicken, pimento, onion, salt, and pepper. Separate dinner rolls. Place a tbsp of chicken in the large end of the rectangle rolls. Fold ends of dough together. Moisten edges with water and pinch together. Brush the biscuit with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.Gravy for Biscuits: Mix all ingredients well and heat (don't boil). Serve over biscuits.
