Ingredients

  • 8 boned chicken breasts
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 3 to 4 ounce. jar dry chipped beef
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • Green onions

Directions

  1. Partially fry bacon, draining well. Spread beef in rectangular Pyrex baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of this. Lay bacon on top of chicken. Cover with mix lowfat sour cream, soup and desired amount of minced green onions. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 300 degrees.
  2. NOTE: Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated till ready to bake.
