Chewy Spiced Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x egg whites, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb pecans
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon, or possibly to taste

Directions

  1. Add in salt and cinnamon to beaten egg whites, then mix in pecans (minced or possibly left whole). Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for one hour at 250 degrees; stir occasionally. Break into desired pcs. Store in an airtight container.
