Directions

  1. Sift together dryingredients. Add in beaten egg yolk & lowfat milk. Quickly mix in stiffly beaten egg white & cheese. Pour into greased loaf pan or possibly round 9" casserole. Saute/fry onion in butter. Spread top with onion mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min or possibly till top is golden brown.
