Ingredients
- 3 x Jalapeno chiles, stems and seeds removed
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green onions
- 3 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 4 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Steak sauce
Directions
- In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend till smooth. Pour mix over pork cutlets, pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken breast halves, or possibly chicken or possibly pork cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min to marinate.
- Makes 1/3 c.-sufficient for 4servings of meat.
