Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 T. light brown sugar
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (I always use the 1/3 Less Fat kind.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of hot sauce (In this case, Carrot Karma.)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- Note: You can also use Gruyere instead of the Swiss cheese if you wish. (Swiss is cheaper.)
