Ingredients

  • 1 x (12 ounce) Mama Mary's Gourmet pizza crust
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Ragu Pizza Quick Pizza Sauce
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 x -(3.5 ounce) Hormel Pizza style Canadian bacon
  • 1 can Bavarian style sauerkraut, (16 ounce) liquid removed well and minced McCormick pizza seasoning optional

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 . Lightly brush extra virgin olive oil on crust. Spread sauce over pizza. (I sprinkle McCormick pizza seasoning over sauce). Add in cheese. Top with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted and bubbly.
