- 2 tsp Margarine Or possibly Butter, Softened
- 2 c. Bread Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Creole Or possibly Cajun Seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Onion, Minced
- 1/3 c. Green Bell Pepper, Minced
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine Or possibly Butter, Softened
- 3 c. Bread Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Cajun Or possibly Creole Seasoning
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
Directions
- Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines which use 3 c. flour; or possibly make 1 lb recipe for bread machines which use 2 c flour.
- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light Crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
