Ingredients

  • 1 med Sweet onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 pkt (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Chicken bullion cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 1 pkt Frzn minced broccoli (10 ounces) cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir over low heat till cheese is melted. Dissolve bullion in boiling water; add in to cream cheese mix. Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
