Ingredients
- 1/2 med. yellow onion, minced
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 bag frzn minced broccoli
- 1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in butter in a large pot. Reduce heat to medium and add in lowfat milk and frzn broccoli. Add in cheese, cut in cubes. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Great for crock pot lunches!
