Directions

  1. Cut bread in strips. Place 1/3 in a 11x7x2 inch pan. Top with mix of egg, sugar, lowfat milk, applesauce and cinnamon. Repeat layers. Bake 1 hour, 325 degrees.
  2. Brandy sauce: Beat egg white till stiff. Add in sugar, egg yolk, whipping cream, butter. Stir in brandy.
