  • 1 (15 ounce.) can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 2 c. finely diced bread
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine Eagle Brand and water in casserole dish. Add in bread and let set till lukewarm. Add in rest of ingredients and bake till knife blade inserted in the center comes out clean at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
