Ingredients

  • Knorr or possibly other vegetable soup mix
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Sourdough round bread
  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach

Directions

  1. Mix soup and lowfat sour cream, liquid removed, thawed spinach. Let sit several hrs. Cut off top of sourdough round. Cut in cubes. Scoop out inside of bread; cut in cubes. Serve dip inside bread, arrange cubes around.
